Tetra Services, a part of Beacon Group SW Inc., has been providing services to persons with disabilities in Arizona since 1952. In Phoenix, persons with disabilities and other barriers to employment are referred for assistance with obtaining and maintaining employment, developing long-term career goals, and to increase self-sufficiency through advocacy and career development.

Our services assist consumers with resume development, applications, defining vocational interests and goals, job placement, and ongoing support services to help maintain employment.

We currently serve more than 300 people with disabilities each year. Clients receiving services at Tetra identify as persons with disabilities if they have:

• learning disabilities
• substance abuse history
• physical
• mental health or emotional disabilities
• hearing impairments
• blindness and low vision
