Program Synopsis: Tetra Services Career Services Training Center provides an opportunity for the participant to understand his/her vocational interest, potential, and knowledge about his/her needs for work.

Services provided include:

• Employability skills including identifying skills, interests, and a career path; resume, cover letter, and thank you note writing; interviewing skills; job retention skills; and reasonable accommodations training.
• Computer skills such as keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and utilizing the Internet.
• Customer service training including communication skills, sales skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and lifelong learning skills.

One-on-one or group computer sessions available.

Tetra Services Computer Lab is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Note that computer availability is limited. However, the student may call ahead and reserve an available computer terminal for the desired time. Extensions are only granted based on extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the Instructor.
